If you are not satisfied with the product or you change your mind, we offer a 90% refund if there is no quality problem (for all standard size dresses). We will take a 10% restocking fee since all standard size dresses are made-to-order.

The swatches arrived in a timely manner and they really did help to see the true colours. There was one swatch I wanted that was unavailable and they were very accommodating to send me a large photo of it.
